An elevated Bench / Sofa / Bed

The workout (5 rounds, 1 min recovery between rounds)
1) Single Leg Hip Thrust (10 reps each leg)
2) Elevated Push Up (10 reps)
3) Bulgarian Split Squat (10 reps each leg)
4) Elevated Mountain Climber (15 reps each leg)
